Account Status API

https://lugj7rul20.execute-api.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/stage/api/v1/merchants/merchant-account-status/
1.
The merchant is actively trading and receiving payments.
Ensure Bank Status and Account Status are both Verified for payouts to proceed.
2.
The onboarding process is incomplete, and some details are missing.
Merchant needs to complete the onboarding form via the Datman app or portal.
3.
The merchant has not completed the Stripe onboarding process or uploaded required documents.
Complete Stripe onboarding and upload the necessary documents.
4.
The onboarding form has not been submitted.
Merchant must fill out the form and click "Submit" to ensure all details are in place.
5.
The account does not meet Datman’s requirements or is a duplicate of an existing account.
No action required unless clarification from Datman is needed.
6.
The account is dormant or inactive, and the merchant is no longer trading.
Contact Datman to reopen the account if needed.
7.
The account is flagged for potential suspicious activity and is under review by the Merchant Monitoring Team.
No payouts will be made until the review is complete and the status changes to Active.
1.
All required information and documents have been reviewed and approved by the Datman team.
No action required.
2.
Some or all required information or documents are missing or under review.
Provide the missing details or documents for verification.
1.
Bank details have been successfully verified. The merchant is eligible for payouts.
No action required.
2.
Bank details or documents failed verification or are missing.
Provide valid bank documents for review and approval. If bank details were updated recently, wait for approval.
